We're recruiting! Technical Support Engineer

Our service team is recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer. You will be responsible for first line fault diagnosis and product repairs.

To be successful in this role you must have strong organisational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Effective use of ticketing systems for managing customer and manufacturer queries
• Ensure all issues are properly logged & escalated to vendors where necessary (RMAs)
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Maintain jovial relationships with clients
• Contributing to the smooth running of the technical support function within the business
• Carry out product testing & repairs on a wide range of broadcast & AV equipment
• Generate & follow up on repair quotes
• Assist in maintaining inventory of repair parts
