Mi Support is an enhanced warranty service for your product. You can upgrade any manufacturers warranty from a limited liability return to base cover to a full next business day advanced replacement service in the event of a failure. Our swap out warranties can cover your product from 1-5 years and includes access to our 24x5 technical support helpdesk and training programs. With Mi Support clients can attend accredited training courses on your product along with unlimited support tickets with our technical support helpdesk. See below T&Cs for full information.
