Holdan adds Epiphan Video to its portfolio

Epiphan Video has appointed Holdan as its UK & Ireland distributor for the full range of Epiphan’s live capture and streaming technologies.

As the leading technology distributor for the professional video and broadcast markets, Holdan will work alongside Epiphan to enhance reseller support and to develop new opportunities in corporate AV, education and public sector video.

Epiphan manufactures the Pearl all-in-one devices for switching, streaming and recording. These systems are exceptionally easy to use and are ideal for all levels of users that need to stream live over any network. With a dedicated web interface, or touch screen control, users can operate the system with ease, straight out of the box. Integration with third party systems such as Panopto, Crestron and Kaltura makes it ideal for use in education and corporate environments.

With our focus on developing into new sectors and championing live production technologies, we are constantly working with business, education and institutional customers who are getting into streaming for the first time. Whether it’s for a corporate webcast or a local government assembly, Epiphan technology is meeting a growing need in the market.
Commented Kieron Seth, Marketing Director at Holdan

Epiphan’s products are designed in North America and backed by class-leading technical support. Epiphan is based in California and Ontario, with regional offices and a network of authorized channel partners and OEMs throughout the world.

We believe that this new distribution relationship will cement our position in the pro-video market, while driving significant growth in exciting new markets which are now wide awake to the benefits of real-time communication with their audiences.
Commented David Kirk, Vice President of Marketing of Epiphan

Epiphan‘s portfolio also includes a range of external USB-based video grabbers for capturing video and graphics from DVI, HDMI, SDI and VGA sources and internal video capture cards. Its Webcaster X2 is the simplest way to stream video live over YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch or other social platforms.
