Job Description

• Provide first line desktop IT support
• Support and train users in their use of all company systems
• Liaising with team members and customers by telephone, email and face to face
• Assisting with changes to business systems
• Supporting staff and customers in the use of a wide range of software and hardware products

Required Skills

• A good understanding of TCP/IP
• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
