Mental Health is often overlooked and underestimated and we are trying to change that.

Most people know someone who is currently experiencing or in the past has experienced mental health issues and can see how it affects people and those around them. By running the 10K we are challenging ourselves both physically and mentally in order to raise awareness and money for the charity MIND. Our team is made up from experienced runners down to runners who have only started this year, however we are all committed to finishing as a team.
