As the technical support administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration for the technical support department. This role is absolutely essential within our organisation to ensure the efficient management of customers’ equipment returns, repairs and maintenance.
To ensure the smooth running of the department, we are recruiting an administrator who will be responsible for the first line of enquiry, contact management and ticket management. On a day to day basis, you will be called upon to communicate with customers about the status of their case, log enquiries, report on tasks in progress and manage the department’s administrative tasks.
As well as good problem solving skills, we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following attributes:
Experience in technical department is preferred. Administrative experience is essential.
