Q. I already have a PC with both the Datavideo CG-100 version 1.x and the Blackmagic ™ Decklink ™ installed and everything seems to be working fine, is there anything I need to be aware before/when I install this new free upgrade?
A. Quite simply, NO. You can install CG-100 v1.51 direct on to your current configuration. Restart and you are upgraded.
Q. I have already installed the current version of CG-100 1.x on my system and I have just required a Blackmagic ™ Decklink ™ card. I would like to take this opportunity to upgrade my CG-100 and install my new Decklink ™ card, is there anything I need to be aware of before/when I install this new free upgrade and the Blackmagic ™ Decklink ™ card ?
A. Yes, please uninstall your current version of Datavideo CG-100 1.x. Then reboot your computer and install your Decklink ™ card according to the supplied documentation from Blackmagic ™ before you install the new version of Datavideo CG-100 v1.51.
